"Are You Heart Healthy?"

Are you at risk for developing heart disease? For having another heart attack? Participate and learn how to lower your risk of heart attack. The following assessments are included:

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Blood Pressure & Pulse Rate
  • Height & Weight
  • Blood Work – includes Chemistry Profile, Lipid Profile, CBC. These blood tests require FASTING prior to your appointment. Do not eat or drink anything after midnight, other than sips of water. All prescription medication should be taken at the regular time, however!
