- Regency Medical Center, located in Winter Haven, is a 61+ bed facility, catering to women's services and eye surgeries.

- Family Health Centers offer one-stop medical care for the entire family. There are four convenient locations, (Haines City, Winter Haven, Bartow & Lake Wales) with Board Certified Physicians, and a wide range of services for children ages two and over, adolescents, and adults.
- Medical imaging has the most current technology in Nuclear Medicine with PET scanner, Radiation Oncology, MRI, CT scanning, Mammography, and routine studies.
- Laboratory houses most in-patient work, occasionally sending out, however, the lab is a service provider to many of the area facilities and physician offices.
- Pharmacy services are decentralized during day hours and provide opportunities for growth into clinical areas. The other shifts are centralized, however still allowing for the opportunity to deal with clinical issues.
- Nutrition Services offers full service to patients and community with Registered Dieticians. Cafeteria serving patients, families, employees, physicians. Education Services offers community, staff and patient education programs, including a research library.
- Information Systems offers planning and support for the PC based systems - HBOC for clinical areas, and Lawson for business areas as well as all networking, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Health Information Systems include coding, transcription, tumor registry and maintenance of medical records. This involves working closely with the medical staff as well as care management / utilization review.
- Materials Management involves purchasing, print shop, mail services.
- Admitting, Business Office, and Accounting including internal recovery process and maintain appropriate records for financial as well as patient documentation.
- Environmental Services involves extensive cleaning services. The linen department contracts with other healthcare facilities in the area to provide linen services daily. Patient Transport provides timely transporting of patients for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Engineering and Facility Planning provide maintenance services to the plant as well as structural renovations and additions.
- Rehabilitation Services provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology for Acute Care including Orthopedics and Neurogenics, In-Patient Rehab, Out-Patient Orthopedics, and Out-Patient Neuro.
- Respiratory services for Grad. Resp. Therapists and RRTs for all other areas and shifts including NICU.
- Behavioral Health Division provides community with outpatient counseling services either individual or group sessions with locations in Winter Haven and Sebring.
