HEART TO HEART SUPPORT GROUP

The Heart to Heart Support Group meets at 3:00pm on the second Wednesday of each month, at the Regency Medical Center, Conference Room, 101 Avenue O, SE, Winter Haven. The next meeting will be on June 11, 2008.

This support group is for those who have any type of cardiac problems, their family members and care givers. Or, if you are simply interested in learning more about heart disease and cardiac care, you are welcome to attend.
